Cutting |
|
We have a range of saws for all types of cutting. Straight or mitre cut, our saws can cut any volume of material, consistently and accurately to close tolerances and across wide surfaces. |

We can double mitre cut both ends of circular or non-symmetrical shapes, fast and accurate. |
|
We can rip down existing sections to create new sizes, and cut and mitre pressed metal work to create shapes and sections. |

Punching & Pressing |
|
We have a variety of presses ranging from simple holes to slots and shapes. |
|
We can produce small simple components on our range of fly presses. |
|
Our multiple punching power presses range from 6 to 10 tonnes enabling us to punch holes, slots and shapes, making easy work on longer lengths and larger pieces. |
|
We also have a 60 tonne press which will punch, crop and shear heavy sections and plate products. |

Facilities |

We can work with your own free issue material and provide a simple fabrication service, or source any type of materials and produce fabricated components to your precise requirements. |
